Sealion
The Sealion is a solution for bleeding and washing that ensures an even treatment for your catch.The Sealion is a chambered vat which holds no conveyor band, which minimizes cleaning- and maintenance considerably.
It is hollow on the inside which prevents dirt and contaminants on the upper and lower areas as is often the case with chambered conveyors.
The make and positioning of sea vents ensures that blood water does not transfer between the input and output of the Sealion. This ensures that the fish is only immersed in clean seawater at the end of the bleeding and washing procedure.
The Sealion comes with a pressurized air system which injects air into each chamber in the upper part, stimulating the evacuation of blood.
The main vat of the Sealion can be self-cleaning if used with panels that contain brushes and the motor, gears and other parts of the drive system made rust free.
