Glazing Line
The fish glazing conveyor or fish ice glazing machine is manufactured to ensure even glazing for fish. Each fish is pushed into the holder on the conveyor belt. Then, the fish is placed with the belly up to ensure that the water is emptied of the fish when it comes out of the glazing bath. The glazing bath has a level control and thermostats for adjustment of the water temperature. When the water temperature rises, a pump is started, and the water will be recycled through a bin with ice.
