Gutting line
Our fish gutting line is designed with safe operation and easy cleaning in mind. The hygienic design and user-friendly gutting line is tailored to each processing plant. Each workspace has a separate slide for waste and for the gutted fish. This particular gutting line has six workstations for workers, but that can be customized depending on the client’s need. The main assembly can be lifted up for cleaning, as well as the workstations and cutting boards.
