Roller Grader

Efficient grading

The roller grader is intended for grading whole, gutted, or de-headed fish. It is based on a conveyor belt, and the grading units consist of gallows, electric jacks, and rollers. The rollers hang below in adjustable gallows, and the height of the rollers determines how big fish are graded in each category. Both the speed of the conveyor belt and the height and of the rollers can be adjusted.



The roller grader is controlled by a PLC system and can be programmed for different types
of fish.
